Job Summary: A professional responsible for interpreting proposals, drafting and managing contracts, maintaining updated records, and monitoring compliance with commercial agreements. Contract monitoring and adjustment Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Financial mathematics; Contract and administrative law; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break; Benefits: meal allowance, transportation allowance or fuel subsidy, Unimed health plan, dental plan, life insurance, and SESC membership. * Interpret and analyze proposals and service orders to support the commercial process flow; * Draft contracts and addenda in accordance with commercial proposal requirements, collect signatures, and monitor until client return/receipt of the executed copy; * Enter contracts into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to enable billing for services rendered per contractual terms; * Maintain contractual management spreadsheets by entering critical data required to meet established requirements, both for new contracts and for maintenance of existing ones; * Adjust contracts according to established parameters; * Manage documents; * Organize documentation and forward it to clients within stipulated deadlines, as required by contractual provisions, to avoid liabilities and penalties; * Register the company on clients' electronic portals and maintain up-to-date documentation required for contractor accreditation; * Monitor monthly compliance with active contract terms—including scope of services, payments, and other obligations—as well as contract expiration dates, to facilitate possible renewals.
