Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing comprehensive budgets for construction works, projects, and services, analyzing data, obtaining supplier quotations, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. Development of cost compositions and spreadsheets Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Prepare comprehensive budgets for construction works, projects, and services, considering direct, indirect, and statutory costs. * Analyze project documents, descriptive memoranda, and technical scopes to determine quantities. * Perform quantity take-offs and verify quantities from drawings, projects, and 3D models where applicable. * Obtain quotations from suppliers and analyze commercial proposals. * Develop cost and price compositions based on systems such as SINAPI, SICRO, TCPO, or internal databases. * Prepare cost spreadsheets, physical-financial schedules, and expense curves. * Assess technical and financial risks associated with the execution of budgeted projects. * Participate in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for tenders and public bids. * Update internal price databases and historical productivity records. * Monitor market changes and adjustments to inputs and services. * Generate analytical cost reports and present results to managers. * Provide technical support to Engineering, Procurement, and Planning departments when required. Desirable: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in construction budgeting (minimum 3 years). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project documents. * Knowledge of price composition, ABC curve, BDI, and cost formation. * Experience with budgeting software (e.g., Advanced Excel, Sienge, Volare, OrçaFascio, etc.). * Familiarity with reference systems (SINAPI, SICRO, etc.). * Basic knowledge of planning, scheduling, and procurement processes.
