* Budget Development: Quantification of materials and services, supplier price quotations, analysis of direct and indirect costs, preparation of detailed budget spreadsheets and unit cost compositions. Economic Feasibility Analysis: Assessment of a project's financial viability, considering estimated costs and potential returns. Cost Monitoring and Control: Tracking expenditures during project execution, comparing against the initial budget, identifying variances, and proposing solutions to optimize costs. Physical-Financial Scheduling: Planning cash flow over time, considering construction phases and scheduled payments. Communication and Negotiation: Interaction with engineering teams, suppliers, and clients to discuss budgets, explore more economical alternatives, and ensure costs remain within forecasted limits. Budget Analysis and Updating: Reviewing and adjusting budgets according to project changes or market conditions. Feasibility Studies: Technical and financial analysis to determine project viability. Tender Participation: Preparing budget documentation for participation in bidding processes.
* **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration. Postgraduate studies in related fields.**
