A beauty and cosmetics products trading company seeks a Billing Analyst in Nova Iguaçu. **Responsibilities:** Issue fiscal invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e) as required. Verify orders, contracts, and necessary information for billing. Ensure correct application of taxes such as ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and other taxes. Monitor and validate billing processes in collaboration with relevant departments. Perform cancellations, correction letters, and returns. Assist in tax calculation and monthly closing. Manage and organize fiscal documentation. Conduct fiscal classification (CFOP, CST, NCM, and tax rates). Provide support to internal and external customers on billing-related matters. Previous experience as a Revenue Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Financial Process Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
