Essential support in billing management and cash control. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * **Cash Management:** Daily bank reconciliation, fee posting, and balance control. * **Accounts Payable/Receivable:** Processing invoices, bank slips (boletos), supplier payments, taxes, and statutory charges. * **Documentation:** Organizing physical/digital documents and supporting audit preparations. * **Reporting:** Updating financial spreadsheets, generating cash flow and cost reports. * **Billing:** Issuing service invoices and bank slips (boletos), ensuring timeliness. * **Collections:** Monitoring delinquency and negotiating with clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially **Excel** (intermediate to advanced). * **Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, strong communication, logical reasoning, and ethics.
