Responsible for contacting customers to resolve billing issues Description: The professional will work on the Collections team, assisting with the organization and analysis of financial information, as well as supporting credit recovery processes. They will ensure effective communication and alignment with internal departments, contributing to the efficiency of collection routines. Responsibilities and Duties * Contact customers to resolve billing-related issues. * Receivables Tracking: Conduct systematic follow-up until invoices and bank slips are actually received. * Delinquency Collection: Perform active collection (via phone and e\-mail) from delinquent customers. * Negotiation: Negotiate with customers matters such as payment terms, discounts, interest, and merchandise returns. * Financial Calculations: Calculate interest and financial charges for overdue instruments. * Report customers to credit protection agencies (SERASA). * Instruct banks to issue formal protests against customers. * Send and monitor cases where instruments have been referred for judicial collection. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school or bachelor's degree; * Experience in collections and accounts receivable. * Experience in telemarketing \- active/passive customer service. 2511210202471881657
