Job Summary: A vehicle sales professional responsible for developing skills and assisting with departmental routines, including monitoring financing and sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in financing processes for new and used vehicles **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – Business Hours **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **All our positions are inclusive for persons with disabilities (PcD)** * Develop professional skills and competencies by learning and assisting with vehicle sales department routines, correctly and compliantly performing assigned tasks according to company rules; inspiring customers with the Mercedes\-Benz brand concept and spirit. * Monitor payments for financed vehicles. * Ensure 100% submission of financing proposals to partner banks for credit analysis/assessment on behalf of the customer. * Maintain a tracking spreadsheet for Key Account customer vehicles, overseeing the entire process from invoicing to final delivery to the end customer. * Monitor LeadCenter activities for Trucks, Vans, and Buses. * Record all Technical Delivery processes in the Sales System (Dealer Prime), adhering to posting deadlines as defined by the StarClass program. * Assist with all administrative processes within the sales department. * Support sales teams regarding financing conditions, interest rates, etc. * Perform financing simulations for new and/or used vehicles, addressing customer needs while following employer guidelines. **Requirements:** **Technical Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (completed or in progress) is preferred.
