If you are a communicative, responsible, organized person who enjoys learning new things, we want to get to know you better! **Responsibilities and duties** As a Support Assistant, you will work directly with our subscribers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance whenever necessary. * Understand and attentively listen to customer needs and seek solutions; * Assist customers step by step to achieve their objectives in our software; * Problem resolution and critical thinking to handle challenging situations; * Keep information databases up to date; * Maintain a high level of courtesy in all customer interactions; * Perform other activities relevant to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** Strong communication skills, diligence, and empathy are essential for this position.
