We are seeking an assistant to join our team. This role is essential to meet the needs of one of the leading players in Brazil's oil market, within a project for the logistics area. **Responsibilities and duties** **Key activities:** * Customer service and issuance of moving transportation orders. * Monitoring and controlling the execution of transportation orders. * Verification, processing, and adjustment of billing documents for completed transportation services. * Handling of retained billing due to financial, accounting, or tax order deviations. * Monitoring transportation demand. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** * Education: High school diploma or technical certification! **Required knowledge:** * Experience in analysis and customer service processes. * Solid knowledge of logistics processes for cargo transportation. * Knowledge of retained billing handling. * Proficiency in data extraction from SAP/R3 via queries, and familiarity with SAP/R3 financial routines for accounts payable and taxation. **Desirable knowledge:** * Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). **HERE TO DARE** **Additional information** **LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS** **Some of our benefits are flexible, allowing you to allocate them according to your needs, interests, and life stage.
