Join an organization grounded in ethical principles, which recognizes that growth is impossible without developing people and ensuring their personal and professional advancement. **Responsibilities** * Support in controlling OPEX and CAPEX. * Development of KPIs and managerial and financial reports. * Cost, expense, and actual-vs-budget control and analysis. * Support for asset management, billing, and project BM (Budget Management). * Support for audits and operational areas. * Organization and maintenance of internal controls and spreadsheets. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of controller functions, cost management, budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX), and financial analysis. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * ERP system experience is desirable. * Familiarity with financial KPIs and managerial reporting.
