Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and managing delinquent customers, performing collections, debt negotiations, and updating financial spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of delinquent customer management and debt negotiation 2. Responsibility for reporting to credit bureaus and issuing title protests 3. Organization and updating of financial control spreadsheets **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and managing **delinquent customers**; * Conducting **collection calls and debt negotiation**; * Reporting customers to **credit bureaus**; * Requesting **title protests**, when necessary; * Updating and organizing **financial control spreadsheets**.
