Job Summary: An Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting store operations, monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and leading the team to deliver the best shopping experience. A variety store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rio de Janeiro (Botafogo). **Responsibilities:** Perform store opening and/or closing procedures. Support the store manager in carrying out administrative, accounting, financial, and inventory-related tasks. Monitor sales results by analyzing reports and ensuring target achievement. Control and supervise product receiving and unloading. Motivate and lead the store team. And most importantly: deliver the best shopping experience—delighting and retaining our customers! This position is based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ.
