If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Register production volume in SAP according to waybills. * Ensure handling of pending materials in COGI (inventory adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls (waybill vs. SAP). * Print and archive the Reporting Dossiers. * Process write-offs (losses exceeding scrap allowance) upon supporting documentation (Reports). * Analyze consumables and raw materials consumption. * Ensure reporting complies with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print WM labels. * Perform reporting adjustments per Non-Conformance (NC) reports and Form 4024\. * Guide operations on correct waybill completion. * List invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system; issue blind invoice spreadsheets — a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company.
