If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Register production volume in SAP according to the delivery note. * Ensure handling of pending materials in COGI (inventory adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls (Delivery Note vs. SAP). * Print and archive the Time Recording Dossiers. * Process write-offs (losses exceeding scrap allowance) upon documentation (Reports). * Analyze consumables and raw material consumption. * Ensure time recording complies with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print WM labels. * Perform time recording adjustments according to Non-Conformities (NC) and Form 4024\. * Guide Operations on correct completion of delivery notes. * List invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system; issue a blind spreadsheet for invoices — a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company.
