Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing commercial and logistics processes, ensuring integration and continuous operational improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a facilitator across departments **Main Responsibilities:** * Map and document commercial and logistics processes, including: order processing, billing, order picking, shipping, transportation, delivery, and after-sales; * Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, rework, and improvement opportunities; * Propose and implement process improvements focused on increasing productivity, reducing lead times, and optimizing resources; * Integrate workflows among Commercial, Logistics, Operations, and Billing departments; * Support standardization of operational procedures (SOPs) and definition/monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs); * Monitor efficiency indicators, service levels, lead time, and commercial/logistics costs; * Support implementation, improvement, and use of management systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, or similar); * Ensure process compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as applicable legislation regarding transportation and handling of gases; * Act as a facilitator across departments, promoting alignment, communication, and continuous improvement; * Prepare management reports and present analyses and results to leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience in process analysis and improvement within commercial and/or logistics areas; * Knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC, Lean, etc.); * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Job Information:** * Employment type: **CLT – Permanent** * Salary: **To be negotiated** * Working hours (44 hours/week): Monday to Friday: 7:12 AM to 5:30 PM (2-hour lunch break). Saturday: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Job type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
