Continuous process improvement **Industry: Motorcycle Dealership** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise daily team routines, ensuring quality and compliance of information. * Validate financial analyses, indicators, and reports. * Guide analysts and assistants, serving as a technical reference. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses. * Implement process improvements and reinforce internal controls. * Serve as the interface between the Coordinator/Controller and the operational team. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience in Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, or related areas. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary of R$ 4\.769,00 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Performance Bonus \+ Transportation Allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Employment Type: CLT / Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 \| Saturday 08:00 – 12:00 Position Type: Full-time CLT Payment: R$4\.769,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
