Beyond analytical excellence, this role demands managerial maturity: team coordination, prioritization of workstreams, critical review of deliverables, and facilitation of strategic discussions with executives and partners. We expect leadership behavior—someone who elevates the team, assumes ownership of final outcomes, and actively contributes to VPx’s growth as a business.
