Developing and leading the strategic planning for data acquisition **Responsibilities:** * Manage the lifecycle of data partnerships and data exchange, from prospecting and technical qualification through agreement formalization; * Conduct market studies and analyses to identify new data sources; * Support budget management for the Data Directorate, controlling expenses, optimizing Return on Investment (ROI), and ensuring strategic allocation of financial resources; * Support the management and coordination of the Data Directorate's Strategic Planning, establishing guidelines, success metrics, and the initiative roadmap; * Develop and execute the strategic plan for data acquisition, both for core business and new initiatives; * Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or higher; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; * Solid experience conducting market studies and analyses to identify, evaluate, and justify strategic new data sources; * Ability to develop, execute, and lead the strategic planning for data acquisition; * Experience defining guidelines, metrics (KPIs), and initiative roadmaps; * Experience in budget management and control within data/technology areas; * Ability to prepare executive reports and presentations, translating data and strategic results into clear insights for leadership.
