Responsibilities also include performance target monitoring, people management, team training, procurement and supply control, as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards. **Required Experience:** A completed high school education is required; technical or higher education in Gastronomy, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred. Proven experience in restaurant or food-service establishment management is essential, including expertise in team leadership, financial control, inventory management, and customer service.
