Good luck! **Unicred Eleva** is seeking a professional responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and customer service, serving as the technical reference for the team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise internal and external customer service to achieve excellence standards; * Support the Branch Manager in daily management activities and, when necessary, act as their substitute; * Oversee business and administrative formalities, taking responsibility for action plans arising from audit findings; * Assist in managing the branch budget; * Promote and sell products and services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Cooperative Studies, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Active CPA 10 certification. *CPA 20 is a plus;* * Must reside in Gramado or nearby areas; * Availability for occasional domestic travel. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred Núcleo Geração employees:** Applicants must have been employed by the Unicred system for at least one year and meet the minimum profile requirements for this position (as listed above).
