As a **Relationship Agent**, you will be a key point of contact in relationships with cooperative members and partners, supporting the General Manager and Business Manager in the branch's commercial and operational strategies. **Your Responsibilities:** * Drive results: support commercial strategies and contribute to closing deals and achieving targets; * Strengthen and build partnerships: support brand promotion, maintain contact with partners, and assist in prospecting new ones; * Serve and delight cooperative members: provide consultative service to individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ), focusing on credit, financial guidance, and fund-raising; * Conduct active prospecting: perform visits, calls, and messages to attract new members; and * Organize branch operations: assist with registrations, committees, and administrative tasks, ensuring everything remains well-structured. **Requirements:** **Essential Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields; * Class B driver's license and personal vehicle; * CPA-10 certification \- preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). **What We Expect From You:** Clear and welcoming communication is essential to facilitate relationships with cooperative members and partners, along with demonstrating empathy and a consultative attitude in daily interactions.
