Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and suppliers Description: Basic requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in capital project (CapEx) management within an industrial environment. * Advanced knowledge of FEL methodologies and project portfolio management. * Ability to develop business cases, executive reports, and technical documentation for investment approval. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Preferred qualifications: * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Brief Description: Coordinate and manage the CapEx project portfolio, ensuring execution of all Front\-End Loading (FEL) process stages through to capitalization, while guaranteeing strategic alignment, technical, financial, and corporate governance compliance. Detailed Description: * Lead and monitor all phases of the FEL process (FEL 1, FEL 2, and FEL 3\), ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. * Prepare, review, and consolidate documentation required for FEL gate approvals, ensuring compliance with internal standards and governance requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, fostering integration among engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other involved functions. * Track project performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases. 2512300202491022695
