Main Responsibilities Operational Management * Supervise all restaurant areas (dining room, kitchen, cashier, and inventory) * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards * Monitor unit opening and closing procedures * Resolve daily operational issues Team Management * Lead, train, and develop the team * Prepare work schedules and manage working hours * Monitor employee performance and productivity * Provide feedback and apply disciplinary measures when necessary Financial Management * Control costs (COGS, operating expenses, payroll) * Monitor revenue and performance indicators * Ensure achievement of targets * Reduce waste and improve profitability Customer Service * Maintain high service standards * Resolve customer complaints and conflicts * Monitor customer satisfaction and experience Administrative Management * Inventory and procurement control * Supplier relationship management * Ensure compliance with health and legal regulations * Support administrative routines and managerial reporting Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Monthly revenue * Average ticket value * COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) * Waste index * Team turnover rate * Customer satisfaction Requirements Education * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields) Experience * Proven experience in restaurant management * Experience leading teams * Experience in financial control and performance metrics Behavioral Competencies * Leadership and decision-making * Organization and results orientation * Strong communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity and problem-solving skills Salary: To be negotiated.
