Here, we value individuals with sharp analytical insight, strategic mindset, and passion for building—because at Gurumê, every number tells a story of excellence! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the Financial Planning area, improving processes, controls, templates, and reports—including annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts; * Act as a business unit partner, supporting the budgeting process and forecasts throughout the year; * Analyze income statements (P\&L), balance sheets, indirect cash flow statements, gross/net debt; * Develop financial models incorporating market, accounting, tax, and financial aspects; * Analyze and monitor financial, macroeconomic, and market indicators (domestic and international); * Conduct scenario analyses with business valuation impacts (NPV, IRR, Payback, WACC) to support investment decision-making and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate degree and/or MBA (preferred); * Experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, and Accounting; * Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology; * Financial modeling; * Analytical profile; * Advanced Excel (macro and VBA knowledge is a plus) and Power BI. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (BRL 7,230.18) \+ Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction) \+ Meal Allowance / Food Voucher (BRL 32/day) \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Insurance \+ Amil Dental Insurance \+ Viva Psychology \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ Daycare Assistance (for women) \+ Birthday Day Off \+ SESC Partnership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Career Development Path!
