Direct support for executive board decision-making Position: Finance Manager – Description: AMZ Holding is seeking a Finance Manager with a leadership profile to structure and organize the group's finance department. This role goes beyond execution: we seek someone capable of **implementing processes, leading people, and generating financial predictability**, directly supporting the executive board’s decision-making. Responsibilities: * Structure and organize the holding’s finance department * Manage consolidated cash flow across companies * Implement and monitor monthly income statements (DREs) * Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable * Ensure bank reconciliations and financial control * Develop financial KPIs and reports for the executive board * Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights * Lead and develop the finance team * Structure finance processes and routines **Profile We Seek:** * Leadership mindset (not merely an executor) * Organization and discipline * Analytical ability and business acumen * Proactivity and owner’s mindset * Clear and concise communication * Ability to build processes from scratch Requirements: * Prior experience in financial management * Experience with income statements (DRE), cash flow, and financial control * Experience leading teams or coordinating processes * Proficiency in Excel or financial management tools **Advantages:** * Experience managing multiple companies (holding structure) * Experience in process structuring
