Job Summary: Lead accounting and managerial processes, budgeting, performance analysis, and ensure compliance to support executive decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Develop performance indicators to support decision-making Responsibilities \- Lead the accounting and managerial closing process, ensuring accuracy of information and adherence to deadlines. \- Manage the annual budget, periodic reviews, and variance analyses, ensuring alignment with financial targets. \- Develop performance indicators and managerial reports to support executive decision-making. \- Supervise results consolidation, monitoring costs, expenses, and margins by business unit. \- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and corporate controls. \- Serve as the technical liaison with internal and external auditors. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate studies in Finance or Controllership preferred. \- Solid experience in controller functions, budgeting, financial analysis, and managerial reporting. \- Proficiency in current accounting standards and audit processes. \- Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and capability to transform data into executive insights.
