




Job Summary: The professional will ensure regulatory compliance, identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop training programs, and provide guidance to the team, staying up to date with applicable regulations. Regulatory project management and policy development Description: * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting); * Experience in Compliance roles (preferably in financial institutions or payment institutions, including Big4 firms); * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Experience leading teams and projects, and ability to act as a mentor or trainer for team members; * Regulatory project management. Desirable: * Certifications in regulatory compliance; * Certifications in integrity compliance; * Experience in team or project leadership, or ability to act as a mentor or trainer for team members; * Ability to handle conflicts and work under pressure, as well as flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment; * Knowledge of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence; * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations through the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures; * Identify and assess compliance risks associated with company operations and implement appropriate preventive measures to mitigate them; * Develop and deliver training to the team on applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures; * Provide support and guidance to the team regarding compliance and regulatory processes; * Stay up to date with regulatory changes and assess their impact on our operations, proposing and implementing necessary adjustments; * Develop metrics and presentations summarizing the results of Compliance activity assessments; * Plan and execute the annual Compliance program; * Plan and implement processes within the Compliance area 2511210202471761180
