




Job Summary: Manage financial results, administer targets, ensure customer satisfaction, lead and motivate the team, and prepare managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Design of motivational campaigns and feedback · Deliver financial results · Administer targets (10 targets per delinquency band and 1 financial target) · Administer customer targets and ensure ranking position relative to business partners · Distribute targets to the team according to delinquency bands · Define team profiles to establish individual targets (based on each negotiator’s characteristics and ability to collect across delinquency bands) · Manage reports for clients/executive management/Finance and Planning · Support portfolio production outcomes as reported by MIS · Delegate operational actions to the Supervisor (notes negotiators’ profiles: “critical individuals”, resistant, underperforming, with some lacking commitment) · Conduct monthly feedback sessions with the team; the Supervisor monitors weekly and tracks results for incentive awards · Design motivational campaigns · Monitor exception proposals Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
