Responsibilities and Duties * Support the team in daily activities, answering questions and handling critical cases; * Define action plans together with coordination through indicator analysis and monitoring; * Structure monthly results presentations together with coordination through indicator analysis; * Resolve difficulties by interacting with internal teams and customers; * Ensure team growth by conducting training sessions with the team; * Promote execution quality by delivering timely feedback to the team; * Lead the team to achieve area-defined goals by monitoring indicators and implementing operational performance actions; * Develop the technical team through new experiences, challenges, and continuous feedback; * Promote and ensure Governance and Information Security guidelines and practices through periodic team training; * Support coordination in managing vacations, overtime, time banks, on-call shifts, days off, and attendance tracking, via team report monitoring and planning.
