With an experienced team, the company stands out for quality and efficiency in its projects. **Responsibilities:** Technical supervision and management of commercial construction projects, covering all phases from planning through to completion. Coordination of construction teams, including foremen, masons, and other professionals. Development and execution of physical\-financial planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring for construction projects. Development and analysis of engineering designs, implementing necessary field adaptations. Supervision of compliance with Brazilian technical standards and applicable civil construction legislation. Management of material procurement, quality control, and acceptance of services.
