Description:
Essential requirements for the position:
* Degree in Production Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering;
* Experience in commercial management of aggregates;
* Experience with financial indicators;
* Experience with productivity indicators;
* Experience in budgetary management.
Main responsibilities:
* The professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of aggregate production operations, ensuring volume, efficiency, and quality in accordance with the plan, at a plant with an annual production capacity of 1K tons/year;
* Coordinate mine and plant operations (crushing, screening, transportation, and stockpiling), ensuring equipment operational availability and compliance with safety and environmental regulations;
* Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting a safety culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement;
* Manage operational costs, budgeting (OPEX), inventory, and supplier contracts;
* Collaborate with maintenance to ensure asset reliability and production process stability;
* Focus on operational performance, monitoring of key indicators (production, quality, safety, and cost per ton), and implementation of initiatives to increase productivity and reduce losses;
