Job Summary:
A professional to perform administrative tasks and public service, carrying out various financial and personnel management operations.

3. Handling various financial and HR operations
· Administrative services (organizing and recording invoices, receivables, authentications, and other cashier-related operations, among others);
· Contacting suppliers' finance departments to request invoices and bills;
· Responsible for serving store customers who make payments for services rendered;
· Supply management (quotation and procurement);
· Jointly responsible with the manager for managing the store's cash (cash closing);
· Responsible for employee onboarding and termination documentation processes;
· Responsible for controlling and maintaining employees' electronic timekeeping records;
· Collaborating with customer service, finance, administration, HR, and other departments;
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education; administrative courses are a plus;
* Knowledge of electronic timekeeping registration and maintenance;
* Experience in administrative and HR department routines;
* Experience as a Cashier, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank reconciliation;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity;
* Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
