Job Summary: Manage individual and corporate member portfolios, market financial products and services, and support the Branch Manager in achieving goals and responsibilities. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the member portfolio and identify business opportunities. 2. Market financial products and services. 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Manage individual and/or corporate member portfolios, ensuring high-quality relationships, member retention, and identification of business opportunities. * Support the Branch Manager by advising on goal achievement, performance indicators, and operational and commercial responsibilities. * Market products and services through presentations and negotiations, ensuring alignment with members' needs. * Monitor requests submitted to the branch and guide staff on business rules, service procedures, and operational guidelines. * Ensure compliance with regulations, statutes, and internal policies, promoting best practices and risk mitigation. * Conduct commercial planning and prospect new members, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening the cooperative membership base. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * ANBIMA certification, CPA-10 or CPA-20; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * Prior experience in a financial institution. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * CEA. **Note:** * ***Availability to work at Ceasa – BR-153, KM 5 – Jardim Guanabara, Goiânia – GO.*** **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Parking allowance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher, Wellhub
