Manage performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Lead, develop, and engage the branch's operational and administrative teams. Ensure execution of processes according to quality, safety, and legal compliance standards. Handle administrative and financial management of the branch, including cost control, budgeting, and resource allocation. Represent the branch to headquarters, reporting results, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with transportation sector regulations and standards.
