Transform. **Dengo is a cause with genuine flavor.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Objective** Ensure proper management of the company’s Store Projects, Construction, and Maintenance areas, supporting and supervising Maintenance department activities and demands, and developing new store projects — aiming for appropriate project delivery and store preservation. Manage project execution and supplier network to guarantee agreed delivery dates, whether for renovations or openings. Develop renovation and expansion projects, as well as new seating layouts, for both company-owned and franchise stores. Responsible for preparing and managing the CAPEX budget for architecture/maintenance, balancing brand positioning and financial outcomes effectively. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Projects and Construction** Develop executive projects for new stores using architectural software and market references (e.g., project examples, claddings, finishes), ensuring alignment with brand standards; manage and monitor construction, acting proactively through technical site visits and weekly cross-departmental meetings to align stakeholders and provide visibility into construction progress and new store delivery. **2\. Maintenance** Manage the maintenance team, providing daily support and guidance on new requests, promptly addressing questions and clarifying required actions — aiming for the shortest possible SLA for resolution, optimal solutions, and strong cost-benefit value for stores. **3\.
