We seek a professional to coordinate and develop construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and legal requirements. The professional will be responsible for supervising internal teams and third-party suppliers, as well as integrating different disciplines involved in the construction process.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise drafters, professionals, and third-party companies in developing architectural, structural, air-conditioning, ventilation, computer network, alarm system, PABX, CCTV, and other projects.
* Develop architectural plans and projects at all stages, specifying materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies.
* Prepare construction and renovation budgets for corporate buildings.
* Produce projects using CAD software.
* Prepare technical documentation for submission to public agencies (municipalities, fire departments, etc.).
* Integrate various construction projects.
* Support the construction execution team in resolving technical queries.
* Inspect construction works and services, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct financial, economic, and environmental feasibility studies related to construction and renovation projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering.
* Prior experience in civil construction projects and works.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
* Knowledge of legislation applicable to projects and construction (municipalities, fire departments, environmental agencies).
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
* Strong organizational, planning, and deadline management skills.
**Additional Information:**
* Compensation: BRL 10,000.00 (Contractor) + medical assistance;
* Availability to work onsite in the west zone of São Paulo;
* Availability for technical site visits.
