A fundamental role in the member experience Performs service and support tasks related to operationalizing the member relationship with Sicredi, governed by internal and external regulations, involving frequent interaction with members and non-members, playing a fundamental role in the experience delivered through Sicredi.  \#LI\-JP **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive documents and verify compliance with legal formalities for operations, preparing routines to enable faster and more efficient service delivery for member requests, as well as maintaining registration data. * Support credit collection activities in cases of delinquency and within negotiation deadlines, per guidance from the business area, aiming to recover lent capital. * Prospect new members and new business opportunities; identify demand and refer to Business Managers. * Provide first contact service to members at the branch channel; receive and welcome members and non-members, directing them to the channel delivering the best service experience—either physical or digital. * Assist members with their "digital inclusion"; act as an agent of change for members by providing guidance on optimal use of available digital services. * Onboard new members by explaining Sicredi’s principles, answering questions, and fostering engagement with cooperative values. * Operate various services including collections, payments, and inquiries; manage cash opening, closing, and control at the teller terminal; prevent and deter fraudulent transactions and money laundering. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields; * At least 6 months of prior experience in similar market roles or in the financial sector is considered an advantage; * Must reside in Mandaguari or nearby locations. **Additional Information** Internship stipend: R$ 1\.953,00 \+ Transportation Allowance.
