Technical Skills \* Management of administrative routines (indirect procurement, contracts, facilities, fleet/services, controls). \* Solid understanding of finance: cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, managerial income statements (DRE). \* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, KPIs) and ERP system usage. \* KPIs and targets (SLA, costs, productivity, budget). \* Process organization, standardization, and continuous improvement (5S/PDCA as a plus).
