Opportunity to support decision-making **JOB – ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR** **Taiobeiras/MG** An agricultural-sector company is hiring an **Administrative Coordinator** to manage administrative and financial routines. Responsibilities include **cash book control**, accounts payable and receivable, **invoice issuance**, document organization, accounting support, and preparation of administrative controls and reports. We seek an organized, proactive, responsible professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a small company. **Requirements:** Experience in administrative/financial routines, knowledge of cash book, invoice issuance, and Excel. Experience in the Agro sector is a plus. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the company's administrative routines * Perform **cash book control**, tracking financial inflows and outflows * Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Issue **Invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, or producer invoices, as applicable)** * Organize and control fiscal documents, contracts, and administrative files * Support external accounting by submitting information and documents * Perform administrative and financial controls in spreadsheets and systems * Monitor operational expenses and assist in budgetary control * Support management in decision-making through administrative reports * Ensure compliance with deadlines and administrative routines * Serve as a liaison point between internal departments, suppliers, and service providers ### **Technical Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields** * Prior experience in administrative and financial routines * Practical knowledge of **cash book** * Experience with **invoice issuance** * Proficiency in administrative and financial controls * Intermediate-level **Excel/spreadsheet** knowledge * Experience in small companies is a plus * Experience in the **Agro** sector will be considered a plus ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility * Strong planning and control capabilities * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling information * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work autonomously * Analytical mindset and solution-oriented focus * Commitment to results and deadlines Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
