




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintenance, calibration, and commissioning of instruments, as well as managing technical documentation and participating in reliability analyses. Commissioning and start-up of instruments and systems **Key Responsibilities:** * Preventive and predictive maintenance of instruments \- Performs routines based on maintenance plans (SAP, Maximo, etc.), applying predictive analysis when necessary. * Support for audits and regulatory inspections \- Ensures compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. * Calibration and adjustment of measuring instruments \- Performs traceable calibration of pressure, temperature, level, flow, and other transmitters, issuing technical reports and calibration certificates that document interventions with metrological traceability and technical detail. * Diagnosis and correction of control loop failures \- Uses root cause analysis (RCA) and field instruments to identify and resolve process deviations. * Commissioning and start\-up of instruments and systems \- Participates in the validation of new or modified systems, ensuring functionality and safety. * Develops procedures for instrumentation activities, calibration of measuring and control instruments. * Documentation management \- Prepares, reviews, and updates procedures and technical instructions; registers measuring and control instruments; prepares record sheets and forms; archives technical documentation; establishes calibration frequencies; tracks calibration deadlines; validates calibration results; participates in internal audits. * Management and control of spare instruments and critical components \- Assists in defining criticality and technical inventory control. * Support for reliability and failure analyses (RCM, FMEA) \- Provides technical data and historical failure records to support engineering decisions. * Programming and parameterization of inverters and servo drives \- Adjusts ramps, frequencies, control modes (vector, scalar), regenerative braking, etc. **Key Requirements:** * Technical degree in automation, instrumentation, or electrotechnics * Microsoft Office suite * SAP knowledge * Experience in calibration * Commissioning and start\-up of instruments and systems * Knowledge of Maximo system is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.820,38 \- R$5\.469,71 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
