We are seeking a **Drilling Assistant** to join our operational team. Job Mission: Handle drill pipe and drilling tools on the platform to assemble/disassemble the drill string, accessories, and other drilling systems. Assist the Driller in drilling operations per the well program instructions and in accordance with company procedures and policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate the ton-mile value of the drill line, maintain an accurate logbook, and inform the Driller when cutting is required. * Maintain an organized inventory of drilling equipment and track subs and drill pipes. * Read and interpret various gauges and pressure meters related to drilling operations. * Assist the Driller in maintaining logs and records related to drilling operations. * Monitor the mud system and supervise solids control. * Conduct daily inspections of the drilling area, including QSMS inspections, derrick inspections, drill string assembly, etc. * Maintain accurate records of platform and drill pipe dimensions (internal/external diameter, length, fishing tool diameters, serial numbers). * Assist the Driller during emergencies or well control situations; assist in well kill operations. * All employees are responsible for quality and workplace safety, ensuring a safe working environment and promoting positive environmental practices. * All organizational members share responsibility for quality, their own safety, the safety of colleagues, and supervision. * All members must also be aware of how their actions—or inactions—may impact the effectiveness of QSMS management, service quality systems, and achievement of the company’s quality objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Well Control certification with workover (IADC) at Driller level * Valid CBSP course certificate **You stand out if you have:** * Experience on offshore drilling units **Additional Information** **Offshore Work Schedule \- 14 Days On / 14 Days Off** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Daycare Allowance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Christmas Bonus * Birthday Bonus * Back-to-School Allowance * Newborn Bonus * Gympass Have you considered building your career with a company certified as a *Great Place to Work*, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country? **Constellation** is the leader in ultra-deepwater drilling in Brazil and, for over 45 years, has continuously committed itself to advancing the petroleum industry.
