Job Summary: Responsible for leading, planning, implementing, and managing the activities of a Tax Department team, aiming for high efficiency and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage the tax team for high efficiency and productivity. 2. Manage teams to ensure early delivery of tax obligations. 3. Promote synergy among departments and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Experience in accounting firms; * Experience in team and process management; * Knowledge of ICMS, ISSQN, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IRRF, SPED Fiscal, and SPED PIS/COFINS; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Tax Department team, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing departmental activities to achieve high efficiency and productivity in work processes, as well as delivering high-quality services perceived by clients. Drastically reduce the current error rate and rework in the department. * Manage work teams by delegating and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly Tax Department tasks to ensure delivery of clients' ancillary tax obligations two days ahead of schedule, maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring all employees align with the department’s and company’s objectives, mission, and values. * Be responsible for personnel management within the Tax Department, acting as the interface between employees and the firm’s partners to sustain a healthy organizational climate, enabling the team to calmly meet all legal deadlines with low error rates and high service quality perceived by clients. * Establish a synergy process among other department coordinators in the firm to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with applicable tax and accounting legislation for clients. * Systematically evaluate operational performance indicators (KPIs) within a continuous improvement process, perceptible to our clients.
