We’re waiting for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, evolve, and maintain text-based (WhatsApp) and voice-based (IVR) conversational bots, focusing on generative AI solutions and deterministic workflows, building intelligent conversational flows; * Interact directly with internal clients to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and actively participate in squad activity refinement; * Model text- and voice-based conversational flows with emphasis on user experience and alignment with business requirements; * Integrate bots with APIs, legacy systems, and messaging platforms; * Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality, actively contributing to the squad’s AI adoption culture; * Write and review automated tests to ensure delivery quality and stability; * Document technical solutions and developed flows, keeping knowledge accessible to the team; * Identify and propose technical and experiential improvements to existing bots; * Collaborate with the QA team during validation and acceptance testing of deliverables; * Share technical knowledge collaboratively with the team, contributing to the squad’s collective growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience developing conversational solutions or automations integrated with APIs and messaging platforms; * Practical experience with projects involving generative AI and LLMs; * Proven track record working in agile squads, actively participating in technical refinements and end-to-end deliveries; * Solid proficiency in C# / .NET; * Integration with REST and SOAP APIs; * WhatsApp Business API; * Git flow and version control; * At least 2 years of experience developing text- and/or voice-based conversational bots; * Experience maintaining and supporting production systems is a plus; * Conceptual understanding of voice protocols for IVR (VoIP, SIP, VXML) — technical deepening will be developed on the job. **Strong Differentiators** * NLP and natural language processing; * TTS and STT (text-to-speech and speech-to-text); * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices; * Best practices for API security; * Experience supporting production systems is an important differentiator. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Flexible working hours; * Flat organizational structure; * Casual dress code; * Bike and scooter parking (for office visits); * Cross-brand growth opportunities; * Citizen Company: Our employees enjoy extended parental leave; **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal and food vouchers; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Childcare allowance; * Allowance for children with disabilities; * Performance bonus; * Birthday day off; * Alelo Multibenefits; * Allya — app-based partnerships and discounts; * Pet health insurance; **Additionally, we offer these Mutant-purpose benefits:** * Freedom to be yourself.
