Our apprentices attend courses at SENAI while working in one of our departments. Join a program that combines technical and professional training with hands\-on activities carried out across our institutions! **Departments:** **Legislative Affairs** coordinates and implements advocacy initiatives aligned with industry interests before the Federal Legislative Branch; monitors and tracks legislative formulation and decision\-making processes within the Federal Legislative Branch, supported by CNI’s thematic areas; drafts legislative texts and technical notes to support interest representation before the Federal Legislative Branch. The **Superintendency of Environment and Sustainability** develops, coordinates, and disseminates studies and information on environment and sustainability; coordinates research and surveys on environmental topics to support industry interest advocacy; evaluates and develops policy proposals focused on impacts affecting industrial sector companies; performs executive secretariat duties for the Thematic Council on Environment and Sustainability. The **Management of Solutions Development** ensures the availability of IT solutions and defines architecture, coding standards, code quality, and security guidelines to be followed by suppliers. Furthermore, The **Superintendency of Industrial Policy** seeks to influence and support the development of a modern industrial policy and the “Custo Brasil” reduction agenda, delivering tangible results for industry and national development. The **Management of Intelligence Products and Collaborative Network** consolidates high\-value intelligence data to inform strategic decisions for Brazilian industries and enhance national competitiveness. Using recognized methodologies and advanced studies on labor, education, health, technology, and innovation, we collect and analyze data and information to build future scenarios and produce applied knowledge. The Observatory publishes prospective, strategic, and competitive intelligence products in collaboration with SESI, SENAI, IEL, as well as national and international research institutions. The **Management of Integrated Health and Safety Solutions** is dedicated to improving workplace conditions and promoting workers’ health in the industrial sector. Present in all 26 states and the Federal District, we apply a standardized methodology to meet legal requirements, offering a broad portfolio of occupational health and safety (OHS) and health promotion products delivered by qualified professionals. The **Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL)** promotes industrial competitiveness and development through corporate education. In enterprise training, it prepares executives and entrepreneurs to develop management and business competencies. To this end, it partners with Brazil’s and the world’s top universities to design and deliver courses meeting the needs of managers nationwide. It also provides consulting services for internship and trainee programs, innovation management, and advisory support in securing resources to assist industry in developing innovative products and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize physical and digital documents; * Update simple spreadsheets (basic data control); * Support data entry into systems; * Assist in scheduling agendas and meetings; * Support creating or reviewing presentations (PowerPoint/Canva); * Support internal communications (responding to simple e\-mails, directing requests); * Attend meetings as an observer and record key learnings; * Interact with various company departments; * Verify basic data in spreadsheets; * Assist in organizing reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What is required to become a Jovem Aprendiz?** * Availability from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to work in Asa Norte and attend the apprenticeship course at SENAI Taguatinga Norte; * Active enrollment and attendance in High School or EJA (Education for Youth and Adults), or completion thereof; * Age between 18 and 22 years.
