This role will play a central part in the **organization, execution, and continuous improvement of the program portfolio**, as well as in the **production of educational content and structuring of learning paths**, ensuring consistency and alignment with business priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Manage the development program portfolio**, including onboarding, leadership programs, succession planning, language programs, internal academies, and training initiatives * **Structure and evolve learning paths**, connecting content, learning journeys, and development experiences * **Develop educational content**, such as e-learnings, presentations, support materials, and synchronous/ asynchronous learning experiences * **Lead leadership development events and initiatives**, ensuring quality, organization, and audience relevance * **Curate content**, ensuring relevance, quality, and strategic alignment * **Organize and monitor program execution**, guaranteeing timelines, quality, and consistency * **Collaborate across departments**, translating needs into practical development solutions * **Track training and development metrics**, proposing continuous improvements * **Ensure governance of programs and content**, preventing redundancies, misalignments, or low utilization **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience:** * Experience managing training and development programs, with hands-on involvement in organization and execution; * Experience structuring learning paths; * Experience producing corporate educational content; * Experience with leadership programs (strongly preferred); * Experience facilitating development events (e.g., workshops, learning journeys, leadership forums); * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Essential Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Training & Development or Talent Management; * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills; * Ability to logically and scalably structure programs and content; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels; * Ability to delegate, organize workflows, and track deliverables. **Differentiators:** * Experience with corporate language programs; * Experience with internship and apprenticeship programs; * Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms; * Experience with T&D metrics (learning analytics); * Experience with agile methodologies or project management. **Additional Information** * **This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD).** **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash Card, amounting to R$1.250,00 per month; Private Pension Plan (for eligible positions); Life Insurance; Pet Health Insurance; Pharmaceutical Discounts; Support Allowance for Children with Disabilities (PwD) — special financial support for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
