Internship Responsibilities: * Support optimization of our customer service bot * Assist in configuration and maintenance of the CRM (Kommo) * Support creation of customer service and sales reports * Help identify bottlenecks in daily operations * Provide support for updating website content (WordPress) * Assist in structuring and improving landing pages Here, you will gain direct exposure to automation, business processes, and applied technology.
