Job Summary: This role provides operational support for research, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of field and greenhouse protocols, as well as assistance in laboratory organization. Daily assistance in agricultural experimentation with a focus on experimental quality. **Position:** Research and Development Assistant **Work Location:** São João da Boa Vista **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:30 \- Monday to Friday **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (in progress), Agronomist, or Agricultural Technician **Salary:** R$ 2\.354,98 **Benefits:** Cafeteria \+ Medical Plan \+ Meal Allowance R$ 248.00 \+ Transportation Allowance or Parking. **Responsibilities:** Operational support for: preparation, implementation, evaluation, maintenance, and data tabulation of research, validation, or AR-related field and greenhouse protocols \- as defined by the Researcher; Support for maintaining organizational standards (5S) in the agronomic laboratory, office, greenhouse interior, and experimental fields \- as directed by the Researcher or R&D Assistant; Assistance to the Researcher with daily agricultural experimentation activities (field, greenhouse, and laboratory), upon request, to ensure experimental quality, pursuit of process and outcome excellence, and individual and collective safety. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in agricultural experimentation (field or greenhouse).
