Development and monitoring of the cooperative members' portfolio * Manage the marketing and availability of the cooperative's products and services, supporting all unit (PA) activities to ensure excellence in service and acquisition of new members, aiming for profitability and portfolio expansion, achievement of established targets, and provision of product and service solutions aligned with members' expectations and loyalty within the manager's area of responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare analytical and monitoring reports related to the manager's operational unit; * Plan, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the cooperative members' portfolio; * Prospect new customers and business opportunities in the market that benefit the cooperative, its members, and the community; * Provide personalized and high-quality service to members in the manager's portfolio, aiming for retention and loyalty, maintaining a consultative service approach. * Advise members in the manager's portfolio on financial matters without influencing their decisions; * Define a visitation program for members in the manager's portfolio, in accordance with internal procedures; * Be accountable for increasing the cooperative members' portfolio, resource acquisition, and deployment; * Evaluate credit requests from members in the manager's portfolio jointly with the Credit Department and in compliance with System regulations; * Monitor investments in the manager's portfolio and manage credit recovery processes under the manager's responsibility; * Monitor outstanding balances in the manager's portfolio and submit the most relevant cases to the immediate supervisor for resolution; * Perform other tasks assigned by management or arising from organizational and business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's Degree * CPA-10 Certification * Knowledge of the Financial Market * Knowledge of Sales/Customer Relationship Management * Postgraduate Degree (Desirable) * CPA-20 Certification (Desirable) * Five years of experience in related areas (Desirable) **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Voucher; * 13th Month Food Basket – Christmas Basket; * Transportation Voucher; * Unimed Health Insurance; * Uniodonto Dental Insurance; * Variable Compensation – Profit Sharing (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Day Off; * +1 Free Day; * Sponsored Pension Plan; * FATES; * Gympass; * Childcare/Babysitter Assistance; * Mental Health Benefit; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Extended Paternity Leave; * Career Development Program. **Cocre** is a cooperative financial institution with over 50 years of history, part of Brazil’s Cooperative Credit System (Sicoob).
