About the Innovation Network The Innovation Network is an initiative led by the Florianópolis City Hall in partnership with ACATE, aiming to catalyze the city’s creative and entrepreneurial potential, stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship culture, activate the local innovation ecosystem, and generate and scale innovative businesses within the municipality of Florianópolis. Through training, events, and strategic connections, the objective is to foster the emergence and growth of startups and promote collaboration among various stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. By bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and government, the Innovation Network seeks to position Florianópolis as a national and international reference hub for technology and innovation. About the Position Provide support for efficient management of the Innovation Network project and the Communities & Startups sector, contributing to project efficiency, indicator collection and analysis, and transparent, effective reporting. Ensure all project activities are carried out with quality, impact, and alignment with established strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** **Project Management Support:** Support the Coordination team in monitoring and executing tasks and milestones for the Communities & Startups area’s projects, with primary focus on the Innovation Network. **Stakeholder Engagement:** Support communication and information alignment with visitors to Innovation Centers, startups, member companies, and other members of the Innovation Network. **Innovation Center Visit Scheduling Management:** Manage the visit calendar—organizing time slots, confirming attendance, and ensuring basic logistics for reception. **Innovation Center Visitor Reception:** Welcome and guide visitors, partners, and delegations at Innovation Centers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. **Report and Documentation Development:** Support data collection and organization for preparing progress reports (status reports), results presentations, and other project monitoring documents. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; Availability to intern 30 hours per week; Strong oral and written communication skills; Basic proficiency in GSuite tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in Junior Enterprises (JE) or practical involvement in academic and extracurricular projects; Fluent English; **Ecosystem Experience:** Prior knowledge of or genuine interest in Santa Catarina’s Innovation, Startup, and Technology Ecosystem; **Agile Methodologies Knowledge:** Familiarity with or interest in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
