1\. Provide excellent customer service—be friendly, courteous, and helpful to create a positive customer experience;
* Responsible for cleaning the checkout area and checking product expiration dates; maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workspace;
* Verify initial and final cash drawer balances of R$ 300.00, record the amount, and sign and date the documentation;
* Prevent duplicate entries and minimize product cancellations;
* Ask the customer for their preferred payment method;
* Confirm that the health insurance plan matches the person making the purchase;
* Avoid errors when entering amounts to be charged;
* Refrain from exchanging cash with colleagues—direct such requests to the Cash Supervisor or Manager;
* Properly close the cash register shift: separate credit card brands, sum each category individually, and record the corresponding values;
* Generate the cash register closing report, which must be signed by the Cash Supervisor and/or Manager—or alternatively, deliver it directly to the Finance Department for verification;
* Monitor printer paper rolls and shopping bags;
* Verify change given to the customer;
* Maintain sufficient small denominations (coins or low-value bills) in the cash drawer; contact the Manager or Cash Supervisor for exchange via the Finance Department;
* Confirm whether an item has been correctly entered into the system before releasing the customer;
* Accepted payment methods: Cash, PIX QR Code (PIX payment via CNPJ, only upon confirmation by the Finance Department), credit and debit cards, and certain meal and food benefit cards.

Salary: R$1,518.00 – R$2,395.24 per month
